FAQ

  • What services do you offer?

Porch Flowers offers full-service fresh florals for events. We provide floral packages from small elopements to large-scale event installations. Each project includes a customized floral proposal, design consultation, delivery, installation and breakdown.

  • Do you have a minimum?

For 2024, our full-service wedding design minimum is $4,000. For pricing on intimate weddings and elopements, corporate events or collaborations, please e-mail us at hello@porchflowers.co.

  • What does the inquiry process look like?

Please submit an inquiry with your estimated budget, estimated number of floral items needed (bouquets, table centerpieces, ceremony decor, etc.) and any inspo photos. Once that is received, we will put together a proposal within a few days. After a client reviews the proposal, we’ll schedule a quick 20 minute chat to review the details and go over any questions. Should the client choose to move forward, they will sign a contract and pay a 25% deposit to secure their date. Changes can be made to the proposal until a month out from the event date. One final touch base phone call will be scheduled a month prior to the event. Final payment is due one month before the event date.

  • Do you travel?

Yes! We love to travel and have been so fortunate to do so with our work. If you have an event outside of LA or Nashville that you’d like florals for, please e-mail us at hello@porchflowers.co for more information on our travel pricing.

  • Do you practice sustainable floristry?

Yes! Sustainability is important to our business as we try to be good stewards of the earth. We use re-usable mechanics in our designs, compost flowers that cannot be repurposed and have invested in Lucid candles to cut down on candle waste. As of 2023, we are more than 90% foam free and are continually working on expanding our sustainable resources and mechanics.

  • Can I keep the flowers after my event?

You and your guests are more than welcome to take flowers (only) home after your event. Vases and candles are considered rentals for each event and must be left for breakdown. Please note that all hard goods (vases, candles, etc.) must be picked up or you will incur a fee. As we strive to be a sustainable company, any flowers leftover will be repurposed after the event and donated or composted.
